Delete your account in the console

Sign in to APIMaster and open Console → Personal Profile → Security → Delete Account. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation steps to close your account and revoke access.

If you cannot sign in or complete self-service deletion, or want to delete particular data or ask about stored records, email the support address below from your registered email address. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment card details. We may request information needed to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Content and temporary files

We do not retain request or response bodies, including prompts and conversation text. Uploaded files are not kept as a long-term content archive. Temporary files used for upload handling, processing or downloading generated assets may remain for 12 hours to 3 days, depending on the feature. Save any files you need before that period ends. You may contact us about a particular temporary file using its task or request identifier.

Account records and retention exceptions

When a verified account deletion request is completed, the platform account and associated sign-in bindings are removed. Account closure may be irreversible. Please resolve questions about remaining balances or pending transactions with support before requesting closure; refunds follow the applicable refund policy.

Operational logs do not contain request or response bodies and have a 30-day retention period. Payment, accounting, dispute, necessary security and unsubscribe records may need to be retained separately to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent abuse. Deletion is not a promise that all records, including backups or third-party records, disappear immediately.

Google connection and upstream services

You can revoke APIMaster’s access from your Google Account connections page. Revocation and APIMaster account deletion are separate actions. Data already processed by a model provider, payment processor or another third party is subject to that provider’s own deletion and retention practices.
