Refund Policy

Overview

APIMaster.ai is an independent API aggregation platform offering unified billing and usage management for developer API access. This policy explains how we handle billing disputes and refund requests for prepaid account balance and related charges.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate charges or billing errors verified by our records may be refunded in full or in part.
• Unused prepaid balance may be eligible for refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to payment processor rules and applicable law.
• Usage-based charges for API calls that were successfully delivered are generally non-refundable.

Where Your Refund Goes

Once approved, we issue a refund against the original payment transaction. Funds are returned through the original payment method to the card or payment account used for that transaction. The time for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and card issuer.

How to Request a Refund

Include your account email, transaction date, amount, and a brief description of the issue. We review requests within 1–2 business days and respond by email.
